Aitor has been a practicing lawyer since 2000.
He founded Guevara y Medrano Abogados in 2011 after having developed extensive professional experience in the practice of law. He worked at that firm until his incorporation into IPARLEX.
Since the beginning of his professional career, he has focused on Business Law. He actively advises Boards of Directors in decision-making processes, providing counsel to both corporate groups and family-owned and medium-sized companies.
He has extensive experience in obligations and contracts, corporate law, national and international contracting, family protocols, shareholders’ agreements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and business crisis situations. He acts as non-director secretary of several companies and has served for many years as a bankruptcy administrator.
In the procedural field, he intervenes in judicial proceedings related to obligations and contracts, commercial and insolvency law, as well as proceedings concerning economic criminal law, having taken part in numerous highly complex civil, commercial, and economic criminal cases.

In 2012, he founded Anbima Abogados Asesores Legales, S.L.P., a law firm in which he continued to provide specialized legal advice with a close, rigorous, and results-oriented approach, until his incorporation into IPARLEX.
He has extensive experience in Commercial, Insolvency, and Civil Law, providing ongoing assistance to commercial companies in the preparation and holding of their General Shareholders’ Meetings, as well as legal support to their Boards of Directors, in which he participates as legal advisor.

Blanca began her professional career in 1995, working as a Substitute Judge in the Courts of Vitoria-Gasteiz until 2008, mainly in the civil and commercial fields. Following the entry into force of the Insolvency Law, she gained extensive experience in resolving disputes across a wide range of cases within these areas.
In 2008, as a practicing lawyer, she joined the law firm of Andoni Echevarría Arabaolaza, who had been providing legal defense and advice in all areas of law for more than two decades at Asevi Asesores Vitoria, as well as to private clients, public administrations and public companies.
In 2012, she became part of Anbima Abogados Asesores Legales, S.L.P., a firm founded by Andoni Echevarría, from where she continued to provide legal advice mainly in commercial-insolvency and civil law in all its aspects (obligations, contracts, leases, property rights, construction law, succession law, civil liability in all its scope…). She continued this work until joining IPARLEX, where she continues to provide legal advice in the aforementioned areas.

Laura has been working in the economic and financial area of several companies since 1997.
